THE CHALLENGE

Create a pop-up store in Manila that captures the essence of Ploom and engages consumers in a memorable experience.

THE EXPERIENCE
We developed a space that immerses consumers in a seamless journey of exploration of Ploom, strengthening brand awareness, reputation, and sales.

The store features several areas dedicated to the consumer journey: an entrance focused on brand storytelling, a section for exploring the device and its accessories, an interactive zone to discover and experience the flavors, and a relaxation area with a bar for product trials.

The experiential zones allow people to discover their preferred flavor through quizzes and explore its characteristics using interactive tables. The bar area elevates the trial experience by creating events or offering complementary products (food, and beverages).

All areas of the store align perfectly with the brand’s style and visual identity, creating a modern, design-driven atmosphere that welcomes customers.
