Kervis Asset Management entrusts Inventa TRO with a strategic collaboration for the promotion of a redevelopment project in Rome.

Milan, October 5, 2020, Kervis Asset Management, an independent boutique focused on real estate investment controlled by Marco Polenta, Giulio Bentivoglio, and Giancarlo Patri, has launched a tender to stimulate attention around an innovative urban redevelopment project in the Infernetto district of Municipio X in Rome. Inventa TRO won the tender by proposing an integrated project that took into account all aspects of communication, from digital to public affairs, including PR and social media.

To build this project, Inventa TRO started from the assumption that the real estate market also needs to fill its communications with ever-new, engaging, and experiential content, for the investor, the end buyer, and institutional stakeholders. Inventa TRO has therefore developed a one-year strategic communication plan aimed at drawing attention to the regeneration project of an area currently occupied by the public administration which, following the possible release of the current occupant, will have to find a new future. The project aims to redevelop an area of the Roman suburbs, proposing structures designed to create an interesting environment from a cultural, social, and sporting point of view, creating a modern neighbourhood that can also provide services not only to future users but to the current inhabitants of Municipio X of Rome. Without forgetting key issues such as safety, the improvement of existing infrastructure, and mobility.

“In a rapidly changing scenario, in which the evaluation paradigms for real estate investments are rapidly changing with the changing needs of individuals, building an integrated communication plan, capable of being effective both on shareholders and on potential buyers is a complex but intriguing challenge” says Antonio Magaraci, Managing Director of Inventa TRO “For this reason, in developing the tender, we started from a strategic analysis that we translated into an unexpected creative idea, which we will implement with our usual passion and attention to detail”.

The first communication activities will be launched at the end of 2020.
