THE CHALLENGE

Assistenza Casa is a client offering innovative products for domestic repairs, sitting between the services of a professional and insurance coverage. The challenge was to raise awareness about the brand and its products, through an effective concept and a 360° communication campaign involving ATL, BTL, and Digital strategies.

THE EXPERIENCE

The consulting project began with a redesign of the website to better communicate the product offering and content, focusing on optimizing the navigation flow to lead users toward the e-commerce platform.

We created and executed a 360° communication campaign, activating both online and offline touchpoints such as radio jingles, email marketing (Dem), direct mail (DM), digital displays, social media promotions, and even in-store activations at shopping centres.

The collaboration with the client was key to the success of the campaign. By listening to them, understanding their real needs, and offering effective solutions, we were able to build a trust-based relationship that we believe will endure over time.
