THE CHALLENGE

Kervis Asset Management asked us to design and create an online platform dedicated to short-term rentals and to take care of its communication and management.

THE EXPERIENCE

For Darsena Living, we have not created a simple communication project, but an apartment rental platform with a reserved area for the user, a complete back office for booking management, and a DM and alert system for all interested parties.

The conception of this project required strategic thinking at the UX and UI design level for the creation of the website and communication campaign.

Our objective was to communicate directly with a potentially interested target, for this reason, we launched several Adv campaigns with awareness and conversion objectives and created specific PEDs on the platform on Facebook and Instagram.
